products.We prepare daily different specialties of bread, pastries, sweet and savory pastries by hand, using natural ferments without any additives.The processes (the bread is kneaded, rested, shaped, fermented and baked every day in our workshops) and the choice of the best raw materials are key elements in order to offer a quality product.The company is a member of the Bakers Guild of the province of Barcelona, ​​the Barcelona Pastry Guild and the Cecot.
